Description

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a healthcare account serves as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, addressing inquiries related to services, insurance coverage, billing, and claims. Responsibilities include providing timely support, resolving issues, maintaining accurate customer records, and educating patients about their benefits and the healthcare system. The CSR collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and compliance with regulations, striving to deliver high customer satisfaction in all interactions.

 

Work Setup:

Onsite - Cebu

 

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary package ranging from PHP 22,000 to PHP 28,000.

10% night differential.

HMO coverage starting on Day 1, including benefits for 2 dependents.

Life Insurance coverage from Day 1.

Annual performance appraisal for growth and development.

Requirements

  • Candidates with prior call center experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Undergraduate applicants must provide school certification or Transcript of Records (TOR).
  • Diploma is required for High School Graduates and Bachelor’s Degree holders (including TOR).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in international voice BPO (experience in US Healthcare is preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work onsite.
  • Flexibility to work graveyard shifts and rotating schedules.
