Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree required.
  • Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates/Students with no prior experience necessary.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in relevant computer applications, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Respond to customer inquiries, handle complaints, and provide information.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires the ability to work in shifts if necessary and handle high call volumes.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards customer service excellence.
