Responsible for the day-to-day activities of F&B outlets to ensure that quality and service standards are met and to ensure that food and beverage profits are maximized.

• Extensive knowledge of F&B operations, including events like weddings, group meetings, etc.
• The ability to use POS, Micros, payment processing systems and Microsoft Office (excel, word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledgeable about food safety regulations and practices and able to handle situations that involve health and safety concerns/complaints of guests.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work long hours.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and work under pressure.
