• Prepare food in accordance with standards set and proper apportionment
• Ensure cleanliness/sanitation and organization of kitchen and dining areas.
• Cater to the food needs of the customers
• Clean kitchen and cafeteria areas including equipment and dishes.
• Adheres to safety standards and sanitation, organizing kitchen ingredients and supplies as well as equipment.
• Keep inventory stock organized and practice First In/First Out (FIFO) procedures
• Handle the washing, drying and proper storage of kitchenware and utensils used in food preparation
• Monitoring and track inventory levels and notification to supervisor of needed restocking.

• High school graduate
• No experience required
