Description

Responsible for supporting the HR Associate Director by providing technical and administrative support related to a variety of human resources duties.  Assignments may include compiling and analyzing data, coordinating multiple concurrent HR activities, and interacting with employees and groups at most levels in the organization. Establishes significant knowledge of organization-wide HR-related policies, procedures, and practices in addition to above-average clerical skills.


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

I. Administrative Support to HR Management

  • Organizing and managing the flow of work in and out of the HRADir office.  This includes the organization of daily correspondence (internal and external); management of information flow in and out of the HRADir office; compiling and filing reports; and following up on various items on HRADir's behalf.
  • Plan and organize meetings for HRADir including relevant briefing or background materials, agenda, minutes, and follow-up.
  • Prepare key documents for HRADir signature, comments, decision, or action.
  • Supports the HRADir in information management and maintenance of paper and electronic records including policies, memorandum, reports, trackers, employee information, vendor and/or partner information, compliance records, and other related documents.
  • Coordinates the division’s communication points/portals including the contents and updates, as required.
  • Compile expense and liquidation reports, as necessary.
  • Other administrative duties as needed.

II. Human Resources

  • Document human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and record
  •  Assist with Company-wide health, welfare, and safety initiatives
  •  Assist with the sourcing and recruitment processes and projects
  • Assist with corporate social responsibility projects
  • Works with Marketing and HR Managers on employer branding initiatives, reports, and project updates
  • Prepares and updates the organization-wide annual HR calendar (scheduled leaves, events/activities)
  • Works with HR Managers to perform any other HR administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, HR Management, or any related Course 
  • More than 2 years of HR generalist experience and at least 2 years of executive support experience 
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of the Labor Laws of the Philippines, exposure and experience in Recruitment and HR market data studies.
  • Strong customer service experience 
  • Ability to work in a process-driven and results-oriented environment.
  • Willing to work onsite, preferably residing in Makati or nearby areas.
