Oversee operational activities across various retail and distribution sites within assigned region for ISERVE 360 CORP, a leader in Consumer Products.
Ensure compliance with company policies, manage staff, and drive sales targets.
Maintain inventory levels, manage budgets, and implement strategic plans.
Build strong team environments and provide training to enhance performance.
Analyze market trends to position our products effectively against competitors.
Regular reporting to senior management on area performance.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. With own motorcycle and updated driver's license.
Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations within the assigned area, manage and support staff, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and achieve operational targets.
Working Conditions: Position may include a combination of office work and field supervision. Flexibility to travel and adapt to various working environments is required.
