We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Territory Manager to oversee sales and business development within assigned regions. The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and meet revenue targets for our roofing and construction services.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track and report on sales activities and performance.

• At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction, roofing, or a related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel within assigned territory.
