The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing potential franchisees to support Biggs Inc.’s expansion into CALABARZON. This role involves developing strategic plans to meet franchise sales targets, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with prospective franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for franchise expansion in CALABARZON.
• Identify and recruit potential franchisees through various channels.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and assess potential franchisees.
• Present franchise opportunities to potential investors and provide detailed information on the franchise model.
• Negotiate franchise agreements and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees during the onboarding process and beyond.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for franchise growth initiatives.
• Monitor franchisee performance and address any issues to ensure successful franchise operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the food service industry.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and managing franchisees.
• Strong understanding of franchise sales processes, market analysis, and strategic planning.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Knowledge of the CALABARZON market and its dynamics is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the CALABARZON region.
