Description

Responds to take their orders, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle complaints regarding the organization's products or services via chat, email, and social media.


Details:

1. Answer customers' inquiries via Chat, Email, and Social Media. providing the right information.

2. Answer or make outbound transactions to customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.

3 Respond efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.

4. Communicate with other departments to answer customers’ inquiries, solve their problems and fulfill their needs.

Requirement

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably Commerce or Business Management

- At least 1 year experience in BPO.

- Understanding existing systems and technology. Applying procedures, tools, and methods.

- Customer service oriented

- Good communication skills in English and Tagalog.

- Willing to work on Day or Mid Shift, weekends, and holidays.
