Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist customers with tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and answering product or service-related questions.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer concerns and ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Uphold company standards for customer service, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for each interaction.

Requirements

  • Must be a Senior High School Graduate or a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
  • Motivated, driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain organized under pressure.
  • Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or shipping processes is a plus.
