Customer Service

Description

Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring seamless travel experiences, and promoting travel packages, upgrades, and additional services to enhance each customer’s journey.

Requirements

  • Educational Requirement: SHS grad / College Grad / Completed Second Year College Level
  • Years Experience: Minimum 1 Year Experience as a Customer Representative in BPO setup (Travel Account experience is a plus!)
  • With Good Written and Verbal English communication skills
  • Amenable to Work Onsite (Ayala Central Block, Corporate Tower 2, 17th Floor, Cebu IT Park)
  • Can work on shifting the schedule
