Customer Service

Description

  • Accountable for delivering customer support in alignment with the defined scope of work and service level expectations. This involves maintaining call quality and meeting performance metrics while addressing and resolving customer inquiries promptly.

Requirements

  • Open to College Undergraduates / 2-year Vocational or Associate Degree holders / Bachelor’s Degree holders.
  • At least 6 months of CSR/BPO work experience.
  • Open to Fresh Graduates, candidates with no CSR/BPO experience, and career shifters.
  • Amenable to working onsite (QC).
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
