• Supports the Corporate Governance Officer in ensuring that the required outcomes in the implementation of policies and procedures relating to corporate governance are delivered and communicated effectively to all operating units; and
• Assists the Corporate Governance Officer in the operation of the governance culture in the Bank and the preparation of reports and its Secretariat function for the Corporate Governance Committee (CGC).

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares all the reports for the CGC;
• Submits to the CGC Directors the following information for the CGC meeting;

1. Consolidated reports;
2. PowerPoint presentation of the reports;
3. CGC Meeting agenda; and
4. CGC meeting invitation.

• Assists in the preparation of other regulatory reports required by the BSP/SEC/PDIC/GCG and other Government Regulatory Bodies;
• Prepares DOSRI Loans Reports and Related Party Transactions (RPTs) both Material and Immaterial Transactions;
• Performs investigation on Crimes and Losses Incident Report and other fraud-related cases;

• Graduate of any four-year business-related course; and
• At least one to two (1-2) years of work experience preferably in Banking/Financial Institutions or equivalent, with knowledge of banking laws, rules, and regulations.
