Description
- Review and analyze credit applications and financial statements.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to reduce overdue balances.
- Establish payment plans and negotiate settlements.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve disputes.
- Provide reports on collection activities and customer credit status.
Requirements
- Job Title: Credit and Collection Officer
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in credit and collection roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in compliance inspection, documentation, report generation, credit analysis, and effective collecting techniques.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage collections, analyze credit data, ensure compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and generate reports.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work options, regular business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and good negotiation abilities.
