- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of pawnshop branches, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

- Handling customer transactions, including loan approvals, redemptions, and forfeiture processes

- Maintaining accurate inventory records and cash management

- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or issues

- Coordinating with the central office on reporting, auditing, and other operational matters

- At least 2 years in College, or with Bachelors Degree.
