Key roles

• Monitor all concerns in the Client Service Portal and ensure that the concerned department takes action on it.
• Give updates to the clients regarding the status of their concern.
• Invite clients upon loan approval to discuss the move in process.
• Ensure that clients are able to submit the requirements needed for move-in and that the move-in clearance is released to them.
• Monitor the status of the units and ensure that the units will be turned over the within committed date.
• Build a strong and positive working relationship with the clients.

ACTUAL SALARY RANGE: PhP 16,000.00 - PhP 19,000.00

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course
• Proven work experience of at least one year in Customer Service roles
• Ability to multitask, adapt to a fast-paced job and situational changes
• Willing to start ASAP.
• Willing to be trained at San Pablo City, Laguna for two weeks.
