Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: Pampanga, Cebu

Schedule: Morning shift

Job Description:

1. Who you are

- Exceptional written & verbal English

- Strong Time Management Skills

- Highly processed driven

- Committed/punctual

- Attentive with highly motivated by compliance & guidelines

2. Tasks/Day to Day

- General Administative Duties

- Obtaining and lodging Compliance Certificates

- Managing Compliance Ceritficate process / follow ups

- Managing tasks from multiple stakeholders (internal & external)

- Live Auditing

- Comprehend and follow activity guides

- Liaise with installers via written and verbal communication

Qualification and requirements:

- Exceptional written & verbal English

- Strong Time Management Skills

- Worked with Australian Clients/Market

- Experience in dealing with Compliance or Certifications

- Knowledge of Dataforce (preffered)

- Heat Pump, Aircon Industry knowledge (advantageous)

- Energy & Solar Industry Experience (advantageous)
