Description

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and foster relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and meet client needs.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present proposals to secure contracts and partnerships.
  • This position will expect a fair knowledge of the HR/Payroll In outsourced/SaaS market in Philippines.
  • Sound knowledge of statutory compliances, government reporting and standard scope of work in the payroll domain.
  • Understand Competition in Philippines for HR/Payroll services – Outsourced and SaaS Payroll

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years in business development or sales, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills; proficiency in CRM software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Identify growth opportunities, manage client relationships, develop strategic plans, and lead a sales team.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel for client meetings and conferences.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, results-oriented, and excellent leadership abilities.
