Job Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth opportunities and expanding the company’s presence in the real estate market. This position involves developing and executing strategic business development plans, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new opportunities for revenue generation. The Business Development Manager will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to drive the company's growth in key market segments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants to understand their future property requirements and address their needs effectively.
  • Manage the entire leasing process on behalf of both landlords and tenants, including site inspections, leasing proposals, negotiations, and finalizing lease agreements.
  • Conduct daily cold calls and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships to generate a substantial volume of prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain an extensive database of property listings.
  • Record and monitor fees payable to PRIME.
  • Stay actively informed about the real estate market in the Philippines, ensuring a high standard of knowledge.
  • Proactively explore new solutions and opportunities within the real estate sector.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to contribute to the marketing strategies for leasing projects.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record in the real estate or property services industry.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive performance.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven, with a focus on delivering business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for managing client interactions and tracking business development activities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
  • Based in Quezon City or willing to relocate.
