Ensures that systems are tailored-fit to the business needs of AHI Group and its subsidiaries through management of configurations, enhancements and reports, focusing on delivering support and solutions to the AHI end user community while serving as an advocate for their needs.

• Liaise or administer the necessary configurations and enhancements of finance systems and its linkages with other AHI group systems/applications, in line with the objective of customizing the finance systems to suit business needs and requirements of users 
• Manage modification, enhancement or service requests related to finance systems 
• Resolving technical and non-technical application system issues and inquiries 
• Work closely with finance systems users in identifying gaps or improvements needed in the systems to gain efficiencies and enhance processes 
• Empower and educate users of finance systems with respect to proper use and maximization of functionalities and features 
• Providing continuous updates to end users 

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Finance, Business, or related fields.
• 3-5 years experience in Application Support
• Experience in implementation of any finance system is a plus, especially Oracle ERP
• Knowledge of fundamental accounting and tax concepts , experience in accounting work, an advantage
• High proficiency in operating finance systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle etc), including reports, basic configurations and accompanying business intelligence tools
• Good project management and presentation skills
• Decision-making, problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate and establish good working relationships across all departments and different levels within the organization
• Experience in any of the ff., a plus: Software Support Processes, Understanding SLAs, Experience with but not limited to Oracle Fusion Financials, Freshsales - Customer Relationship
