  • Provide prompt technical assistance and support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant technical support experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Aftermarket Software Implementation, Network and Systems Administration, Server Maintenance, CCTV Installation, Hardware and Software Management, POS Troubleshooting, and Workstation Setup.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical support, manage software implementations, ensure system performance, and resolve hardware and network issues.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential on-site installations; may require flexibility in hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
