After Sales Customer Service Representative

Description
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the organizations.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, records, and documents
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in procurement activities
- Compile and analyze data to generate reports and recommendations for process improvement
- Assist in maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Monitor stocks levels and identifying purchasing needs
- Researching potential vendors
- Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
- Prepare cost analyses.
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
- Follow up with suppliers as needed to confirm or change orders.
- Maintain records of compliance documents and reports
- Perform work that may assigned from time to time.
Requirement
- College Graduate
- at least 2-5 year experience in a flexible packaging/manufacturing
- knowledgeable in telemarketing, and negotiations
- with good communications skills
