Description
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email and chat in a timely manner.
- Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks.
- Escalate questions and requests to appropriate departments or persons following the guidelines provided.
- Know the products inside out to answer customer questions.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years experience in customer service or related fields.
- Fluent in English or the language assigned to the account.
- Quick and willing learner who can master the details of the product and call-taking techniques.
- Must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure and think quickly on your feet.
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills.
