Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing documents.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update databases, filing systems, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of various projects and events, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, facilitating communication between departments and stakeholders.
  • Report Generation: Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.


Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, emails
  • Proficient in basic Math, English, & Filipino
  • Quick to learn new business applications
  • Must know how to commute in Metro Manila
