Microsoft Tool Proficiency; Research through Web Negotiation Skill Time Management Skill

Description

  • Record Keeping using Microsoft Excel ang generates information for management review.
  • Keeps time record of personnel (less then 6) and computes payroll for release on cut-off.
  • Monthly report preparation for government mandated dues and ensures timely remittance.
  • Coordinates with outside organization - suppliers, members and government visitors.
  • Canvassing/scouting good quality and better price for office needs.
  • Maintain office supplies, inventory and re-ordering schedules.
  • Prepares billing statement to lessee - rental and dues, including preparation of the remittances.
  • Prepares voucher and corresponding checks to pay vendors or suppliers, including utilities.
  • Any other things that may be assigned by the management. -

Requirement

  • Degree in business or related field.
  • Knowledgeable in admin task.
  • Familiar with processing of Business License and its permits is an advantage.
  • Good English - both oral and written communication.
  • Ability to interact with people effectively and courteously.
  • Proficient in MS office application, able to use internet and e-mail.
