Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and organize documents and reports.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and procurement.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing physical and digital documents.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Requirement

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
