Description

General Function :

Ensures correctness and completeness of the documents related to invoicing, collections as well as maintaining accurate financial records.


Duties and Responsibilities :

  1. Sales and Accounts Receivables
  2. Procurement
  3. Inventory Management
  4. Custodian of Revolving Fund
  5. Audit and Control
  6. Maintaining records and files and update the system

Requirements

  • Graduate of BS Commerce or related course;
  • at least 1 year work experience preferably in a trading or retail company, knowledgeable in spreadsheet and ERP accounting system, Knowledgeable with taxes such as Income tax,
  • Value Added Tax and Expanded Withholding tax
