Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with BIR tax filing requirements and deadlines.
Assist with SEC compliance and reporting as required.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate budget preparation and variance analysis.
Implement and maintain effective accounting policies and procedures.
Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as needed.
Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
Experience with BIR tax filing compliance is essential.
Knowledge of SEC compliance requirements is a plus.
Familiarity with accounting principles and corporate finance procedures.
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
