GritXL was founded by Myla Reyes, a registered nurse turned executive with 23 years of experience in supporting and building back-office healthcare solutions in the Philippines, mostly involved in strategy implementation, operations management and business development. Myla is one of the founding members of the first and only recognized healthcare outsourcing association in the Philippines called Health Information Management Association of the Philippines (HIMAP). She has served the association as past president and board of trustee since 2003 until 2017. She rose from the ranks. Has the grit to excel. Her purpose in life is to positively impact the lives of Filipinos and global clients by providing innovative and sustainable solutions.
