Description

The Account Officer will play a critical role in managing client accounts, particularly in the leasing and property management sectors. The role involves overseeing lease agreements, monitoring payments, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of lease-related processes. The Account Officer will work closely with various internal teams to ensure effective management and support for clients throughout their leasing journey.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication with tenants, landlords, and property managers to understand their needs and provide solutions to address any concerns or issues related to leasing.
  • Assist in managing the leasing process, including conducting site inspections, preparing leasing proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing lease agreements between landlords and tenants.
  • Record and monitor payments, including rent, security deposits, and other fees payable by tenants. Ensure timely collection of payments and follow-up on outstanding balances.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain lease agreements, contracts, and other related documents for accuracy and completeness. Ensure all documents are signed and properly stored in the database.
  • Conduct regular outreach to prospective clients, generate new leads through cold calls, and arrange meetings with potential tenants and landlords to expand the client base.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of available properties for lease, ensuring that listings are up-to-date and easily accessible to clients.
  • Stay informed about the real estate market, market trends, and competition in the industry to offer clients relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries or issues related to lease agreements, payments, or property maintenance, ensuring that concerns are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the Leasing, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure a smooth leasing process, efficient document management, and alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of lease transactions, payment histories, and client communications. Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding account status and leasing activities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business. Offer additional services or solutions to meet evolving client needs.
  • Ensure that all lease agreements and processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies to minimize risks and maintain legal integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in leasing management, account management, or property management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of leasing agreements, property management, and the real estate market.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Based in Manila or willing to relocate to Manila.
