Description

  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
  • Market available spaces through various channels, including online listings, signage, and outreach efforts.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants and schedule property tours.
  • Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting the leasing industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing.
  • With sales background in any residential, insurance, retail, account management, business development, hospitality)
  • Proven track record of meeting leasing goals and objectives.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
