The Account Executive will provide a high level of communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and proactively engaging in creating solutions to ensure customer needs are efficiently addressed.

Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as point of contact and handle customers' individual needs
• Handle inquiries and sales prospects via tickets, chats, voice calls, etc.
• Ensure translated content conveys original meaning and tone
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain discretion in all matters.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 3 years + as an Account Executive/ Translator in any company/business.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
