Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for actively contributing to the company’s sales growth

by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities. Working closely with the Sales

Manager and Head of Sales, the Sales Executive will implement sales strategies, build

strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.


  • Sales Execution: Actively seek out and pursue sales opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers, focusing on building trust and understanding customer needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations to prospective customers.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates, including sales forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other team members to achieve sales objectives.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and follow-up activities.
  • Generate and qualify leads.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely sales data entry into the company&#39;s CRM system.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences.
  • Contribute to product development and improvement through customer feedback.
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree on Business (or related), Engineering (Preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial)
  • Experience in the energy sector
  • Proven track record in handling industrial and
  • commercial accounts within a sales or marketing role
  • Demonstrated success in account management
  • companies.
  • Previous employment with reputable energy
  • companies such as RES, DU, or generators.
  • Experience in construction and electric equipment
  • may also be considered.
  • Background in solar energy, engineering, construction, or related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, particularly with high-
  • level clients
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle (preferably)
