Description

Assist in acquiring new accounts and expanding our presence in the hospitality sector
Support senior sales executives in developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients
Learn and implement sales techniques to meet monthly sales targets
Accompany senior sales executives in closing accounts when necessary
Utilize tracking tools to monitor sales performance and ensure proper account management
Address customer inquiries and concerns, escalating complex issues as needed
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for growth
Participate in sales events, meetings, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Contribute to social media marketing efforts to promote company products and generate leads
Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports to track sales activities and performance metrics.

Requirements

Candidates should have a strong sales background, with at least 2-3 years of experience in the Food Service Sector
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality industry is advantageous
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed in a competitive environment
Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market dynamics
Availability to travel and attend meetings or events as required
