- Acquire and grow new accounts within the hospitality sector, specifically hotels and restaurants
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide guidance and training to junior sales employees to enhance their skills and performance
- Assist junior sales executives in closing accounts when necessary
- Implement a strict tracking tool to monitor and achieve monthly sales targets, ensuring proper account management
- Address customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to relevant departments as needed
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services, forecast sales, and evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies
- Stay updated on current market trends and identify opportunities for product improvements
- Analyze competitor products to determine features, benefits, and market success
- Prepare comparative data and attend monthly business reviews, meetings, sales events, and training sessions
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of solid sales experience in the Food Service Sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation, oral, and written communication skills
- Good analyzation and presentation abilities
- Preferably residing in Batangas province
