We are looking for a Thai-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate is fluent in Thai, has strong English communication skills, and is customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities.

Work Setup:

Work From Home (WFH)

Candidates must be currently residing in the Philippines. Applicants based outside the country will not be considered. We will prioritize candidates who are permanent residents of the Philippines, as well as those with a valid work visa and employment permit allowing them to work in the Philippines.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Thai with strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without BPO experience are welcome to apply, provided they meet the language requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a remote/WFH environment.
• Willing to work on a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) setup.
• Must have a personal computer/laptop that meets the required technical specifications.
• Must have a reliable and stable internet connection suitable for remote work.
• Must be willing to work the required shift schedule, including weekends or holidays if applicable.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Thai Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, chat, email, and other support channels.
• Provide professional customer support in Thai and English.
• Assist with account inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, product information, and general support needs.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions using company systems and tools.
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary and ensure proper follow-through.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Build customer trust through excellent service and effective problem resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.
