ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Technical Customer Care Specialist, you will assist international customers through voice calls and provide technical support for product- and service-related concerns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally

• Identify and understand customers’ technical concerns

• Provide step-by-step troubleshooting and technical assistance

• Assist customers with product and service-related issues

• Explain technical solutions clearly and professionally

• Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps

• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate support team

• Ensure a positive and efficient customer experience

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for candidates who have:

At least 1 year of BPO experience

At least 1 year of Technical Customer Care / Tech Support experience

Good English communication skills

CEFR B2 level

Comfortable handling voice calls

High School Graduate – Old Curriculum accepted

Senior High School graduates are welcome

Technical courses or background are preferred

Willing to work onsite at Aura, Taguig

Willing to work on a shifting schedule

COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY

Salary Package: Up to ₱23,250
