JOB SPECIFICATIONS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of an Accounting or Business-related course.
- At least 2 years of experience in cashiering.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Highly organized and attentive to details.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
JOB DESCRIPTION / DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accountable for cash and/or check payments received from lot buyers and payments turned-in by the collectors.
- Issuance of PR/OR on all daily collections received including PDCs.
- Validates ORs issued by collectors against cash remittance.
- Custodian of OR’s and PRs. Control the issuance, monitors release and replenishment.
- Prepares deposit slip for all collections to be deposited.
- Custodianship of Petty Cash Fund and/or Revolving Fund and Post-dated checks.
- Maintain master file of Daily CRJ and its corresponding copy of deposits slips.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
