Description
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation, orientation, and training sessions.
- Prepare employment contracts and ensure proper filing of new hire documents.
Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and physical files.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in managing attendance, leave records, and employee benefits administration.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee attendance and overtime data.
- Assist in processing employee benefits such as health insurance, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
HR Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure company compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare reports related to HR metrics, such as employee turnover and performance evaluations.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Help organize company events, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Support the resolution of employee concerns by coordinating with the HR Manager.
- Conduct exit interviews and process employee clearances.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1 years of experience in an HR-related role (FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY)
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
