Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervises the daily workload of the assigned Workshop Team (PMS / GJ) and ensures the efficient distribution of repair / service orders among the technicians to achieve the given target productivity and efficiency rates.
- Addresses workshop operational issues and concerns and elevates to Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Manager which cannot be resolved at his/her level
- Supervises work area maintenance and ensures the compliance of the technicians to workshop housekeeping and safety standards of the company and the Plant / Manufacturer
- Ensures that all equipment, assigned and borrowed tools of the team are complete, in good working condition, clean and has no damage
- Performs other functions as may be directed by immediate superior and/ or Next higher Head
Qualifications:
- EDUCATION: Graduate of Automotive Vocational Course
- WORK EXPERIENCE: 3 Years of relevant work experience, 1 year of which in a supervisory capacity
- ELIGIBILITY: Professional Driver’s License 1 & 2 holder
- TRAINING: NC II Certification
