Position:

• Assistant Machine Shop Supervisor
• Location: EDSA Muñoz, Quezon City

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in supervisory level
• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of working experience
• Considerable knowledge of the tools, equipment, materials, methods, and standard practices of the trade

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing daily work schedule/output
• Assist in studying new product samples/drawings
• Assist in computing/preparing data needed to be submitted to sales for quotation purposes
• Assist in making mould design for new moulds; prepare materials and working drawings
• Attend MANCOM meetings representing departmental concerns
• Assist in implementing company policies and regulations
• Conduct meetings with the team to update projects/job orders
• Recommend to management possible solutions to certain problems
• Attend to customer technical concerns
• Review and discuss machinist performance evaluations
• Review manpower requirements vs workload
