Description
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections on wind turbines to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in turbine systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiencies and address technical challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in wind turbine maintenance or a similar role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Working Conditions: Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
