• Recruit and manage solar dealers, EPCs, and installers
• Develop channel sales and territory expansion plans
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with partners and key accounts
• Conduct product presentations and training
• Support quotations, pricing, and project coordination
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Resolve channel and partner issues
• Maintain CRM, pipeline, and sales reports
• Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and events
• Knowledge of solar PV systems and distributor networks is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
