Description
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist in the training of new waitstaff as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer-oriented approach; excellent hospitality skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle transactions and cash management.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, quick on feet, and a team player.
