Job Requirements

1. High School Graduate; Vocational/Technical course is a plus
2. With experience in HOWO and Rigid/Ref Truck (Refer Truck) maintenance and repair
3. Knowledgeable in truck maintenance, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
4. Physically fit and willing to work overtime and on-call
5. Can work with minimal supervision
6. Honest, reliable, and with good work attitud

Responsibilities

1. Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues in trucks and trailers
2. Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake servicing, and engine tune-ups
3. Troubleshoot engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and brake systems
4. Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and downtime
5. Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify faults accurately
6. Repair or replace defective parts including engines, clutches, and gearboxes
7. Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
8. Maintain accurate service and repair records
9. Respond to roadside breakdowns when required
10. Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
