Duties and Responsibilities

1. Vehicle Receiving and Inventory Management

a. Coordinates the pull-out and receiving of vehicle units from designated stockyards, suppliers, or other authorized locations.

b. Conducts vehicle inspections and ensures that all required checklists and documents are properly completed upon receipt of units.

c. Maintains records and documentation related to vehicle inventory and movement.

d. Ensures the safekeeping of vehicle keys, duplicate keys, and related documents.

2. Vehicle Care and Maintenance

a. Monitors and maintains the condition, cleanliness, and readiness of all vehicles within the branch, including showroom, service, demonstration, and inventory units.

b. Performs routine vehicle care activities such as washing, cleaning, battery monitoring, and basic operational checks.

c. Reports any vehicle issues, damages, or abnormalities to the appropriate personnel for proper action.

3. Vehicle Display and Promotional Support

a. Assists in the preparation, transport, and setup of vehicles and related materials for display, promotional, and marketing activities.

b. Ensures that display vehicles are properly maintained and presented in accordance with company standards.

4. Vehicle Release and Delivery

a. Conducts pre-release inspections to ensure vehicles are in good condition and ready for turnover.

b. Assists in vehicle cleaning, detailing, and preparation prior to release.

c. Delivers and turns over vehicles to customers or designated recipients upon proper authorization.

d. Ensures that all required documents related to vehicle release are properly completed and submitted.

5. Driving and Transportation Support

a. Performs driving duties as required for operational and business-related activities.

b. Safely transports vehicles, personnel, documents, and other company assets as assigned.

c. Complies with all traffic regulations, safety standards, and company policies while performing driving duties.

6. Other Duties

a. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of assigned work areas and vehicle storage locations.

b. Assists in safeguarding company vehicles, equipment, and other assets under custody.

Job Requirements

1. Graduate of any automotive related course.
2. Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of working experience in the automotive industry.
