Job Summary:

• Establish and preserve solid connections with dealers, dealer owners, and other stakeholders in the designated territory, make frequent shop visits.
• Oversee ground-level sales operations, including the development and execution of local promotional campaigns.
• Serve as a store consultant, offering advice to enhance 3S shops' reputation for the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• To guarantee that dealer branches have current product knowledge, hold product familiarization workshops.
• Create and submit thorough reports on market conditions, dealer performance, and field operations.
• When necessary, share dealer performance results with stakeholders and management.
• To guarantee efficient operations and prompt resolution of dealer-related concerns, coordinate with internal departments.
