Job description:

• Receives, records and monitors pleadings or legal communications
• Communicates and coordinates with other staff, employees or department regarding their request or assistance required from the Legal Department
• Coordinates with the Legal Supervisor for instruction on the pleading, communications or legal documents received.
• Prepares initial draft of demand letters, correspondence, contracts and other legal documents
• Coordinates with external counsels as to the deadlines for filling of pleading and actual submission including the annexes
• Preparations and monitoring of Secretary's Certificates and Board Resolutions
• Manages legal matters for the company and coordinate with retained lawyers
• Documentation and Corporate Housekeeping
• Support Cases and Litigation

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a 4 year course related to Political Science/Law
• Knowledgeable in legal and compliance matters
