IT Technician
The IT Technician is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining computer systems and networks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers and peripheral devices
- Provide technical assistance and customer support to users
- Perform routine maintenance and system updates
- Assist in device setup and deployment
- Monitor and maintain network connectivity
- Document technical concerns and resolutions
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of IT equipment
- Perform other IT-related duties assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Entry-level applicants are welcome
- With 6 months to 2 years of IT support/help desk experience
- Knowledgeable in computer troubleshooting and customer support
- Familiar with network maintenance and device deployment
- Willing to work on shifting schedules if needed
