DESCRIPTION
• Install, splice, and repair telecom lines and network equipment.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, modems, switches, and services.
• Provide on-site technical support and service demonstrations to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and adhere to safety protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma (Telecom/technical certification preferred).
• Experience with telecom equipment, cable testers, crimping tools, and signal meters.
• Ability to read technical manuals/schematics and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.• Ability to climb poles, work at heights, and lift heavy equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License (must be able to drive)
